Evelyn E. Cooper, PhD has more than 15 years of professional experience including university teaching, program development, administration, and research in geographical sciences and environmental programs. She earned her PhD and Master’s in Geographical Sciences at the University of Maryland (UMD) and her Bachelor of Sciences degree in Environmental and Earth Science at North Carolina Central University. She is currently an Assistant Dean for Academic Programs and Director of Retention and Diversity at UMD’s College of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
