Helen Mamo

Helen Mamo earned her Bachelor's in Broadcast Journalism at the University of Maryland. In addition to her freelance video work, she serves as a Communications Coordinator at the Graduate School. Helen has a history of working in the media industry, spending time at a newspaper in North Carolina, a magazine in Baltimore and a radio station in DC.

At the Graduate School, she assists with website updates and maintenance, coordinates all of the Graduate School's social media accounts, and creates video and graphic content for socials. She also creates and distributes email messaging that is directed towards graduate faculty and students, including the bi-weekly Graduate Pathways newsletter and TerpEngage Admissions Update Newsletter.
