Tax Preparation Workshops and Events


Filing Federal and State taxes is confusing for everyone, including graduate students! To help you through this process, Graduate Student Legal Aid Office (GLAO) partnered with the Graduate School and International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) to bring you recorded workshops- one for international students and another for domestic students.  In these workshops, you will receive guidance on how to handle common tax issues.  We also covered many frequently asked questions. Tax Clinic: Non-Resident Alien Tax Preparation Workshop

Tuesday, Mar. 30 @ 3:00 p.m. ET

This workshop is for Nonresident Aliens for Tax Purposes only. It provides NRAs an overview of the US tax return filing process and assists with understanding Glacier Tax Prep in order to complete the 2020 tax return and Form 8843. These forms are required to be mailed to the Internal Revenue Service by the deadline April 15, 2021.  Please note that if you have questions about this session, please contact ISSS directly.
